Since the introduction of Airbnb Guest Favorites in November 2023, 95% of our properties (19/20) have been honored by the platform. Even better, 10 of those 19 properties (53%) have been in either the top 1%, 5%, and/or10% of Airbnb properties worldwide.
Where the Data Comes From
Every season, we literally count every review, and tally their rating, for all companies with a presence in the neighborhoods we offer to our guests - and then we average them. It's that simple. It's that honest. It's that transparent.
Review Rate
We don't know what the review rates are for other companies, but at Pastel Getaways, we track ours very closely. We never ask guests for a review, but year-over-year, 74% of our guests who book through VRBO, Airbnb, or another public booking platform leave us a public review. That's really high, and it shows amazing guest enthusiasm for our properties!
Average Rating
Pastel Getaways has the highest average star-rating of any vacation rental company that offers properties in the same Sandestin neighborhoods. We average 4.96 stars out of the industry standard 5-STAR scale. The average rating across all companies listed here is 4.71 stars, which is unimaginable to us.
