At Pastel Getaways, we take knowledge-sharing very seriously. The best owners are those who understand booking goals for all properties, short-term rental trends, and outside impacts influencing our area. We keep owners well-informed of these things via constant contact through our Facebook Owners and Team Group. If there is something to share, it’s shared there in real-time. Each week, booking numbers are updated so you always know where you stand. There is nothing we don’t share!

We Are Completely Transparent at All Times

Curious about each reservation? You’ll see all booking information each month when we settle up payment. Every expense is also detailed in the same spreadsheet, so you will have everything you need at the end of the year for taxes. Each and every payment receipt for tradespeople is saved to your private owner account that is online and available at all times. If we were hiring someone to manage our properties for us (we own 2 ourselves), of course we would want to know these details. Therefore, we want to be sure you are getting the information that we, ourselves, would want if we were in your trusting shoes. At Pastel Getaways, integrity is everything - ethics are an absolute!

We Share Costs to Keep Owner Expenses Low

Having each owner buy their own supplies takes up precious locked-closet space and costs more than it needs to cost. When your unit needs kitchen towels, it doesn’t need the 12 that come in the shipment. The same is true for dish soap, bathroom soaps, bath towels, and paper products. How we manage this is by splitting the cost across all properties and distributing as needed. This keeps your monthly expenses low, and your closets organized!

Your Team Will Never Change - We ARE the Team!

We have had the same, incredible cleaning team since the beginning, as well as the same contractor, electrician, and golf cart crew. We consider these people family, and no one is going anywhere any time soon. The same people will service your cart month-to-month. The same cleaning team will be in and out of your property weekly and every few days in the summer. Our skilled contractor and electrician will fix things and then make sure they stay fixed. We treat your properties the exact same way we treat our own, and that means keeping the same people involved from turn-to-turn!
