We started this business with just one property, then two, then three of our own. By starting as self-managers of our own properties, we quickly learned that it doesn’t cost 25-40% of rental income to run YOUR property. We keep costs low so we can ALL be successful together! Our unique cost-share program allows each owner to maximize their own profits and keep their inventories low, freeing up money and storage space for what's truly needed.
We Take Care of Properties the Right Way
We do the same things other property management companies do, but we do it in a way that benefits everyone, especially the owners. We hire out your plumbing issues to plumbers, your electrical work to electricians - we don’t just send someone over who can fix it quickly and maybe incorrectly. By charging a small service fee per incident, rather than "baking it into the commission," you truly only pay for the services your property needs and when it needs them. That's the right thing to do! There is no place for Band-Aids in home repair. We treat your property like we treat our own - we want them well-maintained for you and your guests!

We don’t use fancy algorithms to change property pricing - they are known to price too high, and often times, too LOW. We regularly look at YOUR property’s pricing and make the proper adjustments to get you booked with the right guests. We engage with your guests the minute they reach out and throughout their travel planning, so they feel like friends by the time they arrive at your property. We reach out to owners any time there is a concern or simply a reason to connect because we like them, and we like to stay in touch. We live and breathe hospitality, and we love it!
