• Taxes:  12 % (7% Florida Department of Revenue, 5% Tourist Development Tax of Walton County)

• Damage deposit:  A refundable damage deposit of $ 500.00 (USD) for all properties will be collected.

 

Cancellation Policy (when booking directly):

• 100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier.

• 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier.

• 0% refundable if cancelled after less than 14 days before arrival.
