Many of our clients ask us to co-host with them, and we are truly honored when they ask us to back them up! Shadowing our clients, watching them grow into incredible hosts, is super rewarding for us to witness. We swell with pride!
It's a Win-Win-Win... for Everyone!
Co-Hosting and supporting the backend of your operation makes good sense for hosts unsure of how to build their own support team, but it's really a win-win situation for both Pastel Getaways and our IHS backend clients. Because we see how our client hosts manage their guests and businesses on a daily basis, Pastel Getaways is comfortable referring their existing pool of repeat guests to IHS co-hosted properties when they can't accommodate the guests' initial requests. To be able to keep a guest "in-house," and with a trusted host that Pastel Getaways knows well brings Pastel Getaways peace of mind. Pastel Getaways would always rather transfer one of their repeat guests to an IHS co-hosted property than turn them away completely. Really, it's a win-win-win - the IHS client gets a great, trusted guest booking; Pastel Getaways gets to keep in touch with their valued repeat guest; and most importantly, the guest gets to know that they are valued and being well taken care of. It doesn't get better than that!
