Courtney Donaldson - Founder & Owner
Courtney started Pastel Getaways in 2018 when she was looking for a way to get back to work after spending 7 years as a stay-at-home mom. She and her husband bought "Miramar Star," then "Salty Sun," and then "Linkside Luau" before being approached by others to manage for them. Being a "people person," Courtney loves working closely with the owners, team, and guests on a daily basis. This "unplanned career" continues to be an incredible journey of growth, learning, and new friends along the way!
Lindi Nelson - Guest Specialist
As business doubled year-over-year, it became apparent that help was needed on the guest side of things. Courtney knew Lindi from their years of working together before marriage and kids, so she knew just who to call when it was time to expand. Thankfully, Lindi was also looking to get back into the workforce and jumped right into the role of Guest Specialist. With her almost 20 years of experience in hospitality, group travel, and event management, Lindi is the perfect contact for our guests. Lindi is a solid 5 star-rated host!

We have an incredible team on the ground to care for your property! Our cleaning team has not changed since the very beginning. The same team will clean your property after every turn - they will know your property inside and out! Our maintenance team consists of a skilled contractor, trusted handy-people, a golf cart maintenance team, upholstery and carpet cleaners, a guest concierge, a property-preparation specialist, and trusted as-needed plumbers and electricians. We have the right people for every job!
