What Indigo Host Services Is
Indigo Host Services is an operating division of Pastel Getaways, LLC, whose purpose is to help new property owners, or those rolling off a property management program, get into “self-management” of their own properties. Indigo Host Services is here to help you get started, be successful, and most importantly, enjoy self-managing your vacation home. We make it easy and fun for you!
What Indigo Host Services Does
Indigo Host Services will help you in any way you can imagine. We offer a-la-carte services as well as a popular package to get you up and running. The "New Host Package" includes setting up your property on the major booking platforms, establishing your accounts with the multiple taxing agencies, branding your property, creating rental agreements and guest documents, pricing your property per season, co-hosting on Airbnb, and helping with guest challenges. We can also do each of those things, as needed, at an hourly rate. Once launched, we can handle your backend management and maintenance for a commission of your rentals (limited only to Sandestin at this time). You decide what you want and need, and we’ll help you succeed!
