Because our approach to management is so unique, we need to be sure that how we do things is what you are wanting, and your property needs to fit into our portfolio. We are not a “big-box” management company that will take any property that wants to come onto our program. Because we work so closely with each of our owners, personalities need to be a match as well. Truth be told, it’s not always a fit.
