If you want to come down for Spring or Summer Break, make sure to book those dates as soon as you have them - we will be sold out for all of Spring Break and summer. Holidays are also very popular as the resort always does something special for each of them. Christmas is an especially beautiful time to be on the resort!

Cleaning charge: $230+ (USD) for 1-bedroom, $230+ (USD) for 2-bedrooms, $355+ (USD) for 3 & 4-bedrooms

Taxes: 12 % (7% Florida Department of Revenue, 5% Tourist Development Tax of Walton County)

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $ 500.00 (USD)will be collected for all properties.
Cancellation Policy:

100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier.

50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if cancelled after less than 14 days before arrival.
