Our Repeat Guest Rate
For 2025, our current "repeat guest rate" is 25.5%. A "good” repeat customer rate for vacation rentals is around 20%, so we’re well ahead of the industry average for the current year, which makes us very proud! Our repeat guest rate over the last 3 years averages 20.2% - right on target.
Our Direct Booking Rate
Our current 2025 "direct booking rate," which is a combination of both repeat guests and the guests they refer our way, is 32.35%, with an industry goal of 25%. Our average direct booking rate over the last 3 years is 30.51%, well above the 25% goal. This means we're rebooking more current guests, and their friends, than the industry as a whole, which speaks to the personal care and service we provide our guests!
